What personal information do we collect?

  • When you add Easysupport to your Slack team, we save basic information about your team (slack id and team id) so we can recognize the account in our application.
  • When users interact with Easysupport, we collect basic information such as name, slack id, team id, user role from their Slack profile, in order to personalize each user experience. We will never share or sell user or team information.
  • When user creates tickets, replies to tickets, we’ll transfer messages and files from one thread to another thread, but NO message or file will be stored by us, these information will be dropped instantly.

How do we protect your data?

We use an encrypted connection to communicate with Slack servers. Any data we saved, are stored behind secure firewall to avoid data leak. Backups are taken daily and are retained for 30 days.

How to access your data?

Please send us a request to support@workhomecloud.com, with your Slack id (Member ID, which you can find in your profile), we will generate a link for you to access your data.

How to delete your data?

Please send us a data deletion request to support@workhomecloud.com, with your Slack id (Member ID, which you can find in your profile), we will process your request asap.
